Being a Member
Duties of membership include always wearing, or carrying a St. Philomena cord that has been blessed by an authorized priest. (We do have cords available that have been blessed). Members are to recite every day, within limits, the (5 minute) St. Philomena chaplet - audio of chaplet is located on the prayer page. (There are chaplets and/or chaplet bracelets available at many churches in the Spokane diocese). Members are asked to receive communion on January 10th, May 25th, and August 10th, 11th or 13th. (Our plans are to have special masses on these feast days to help with this). The International Archconfraternity in Mugnano asks for a yearly donation. They are only asking what you feel you can afford. Any amount will help in efforts to spread devotion to this great Saint.
